5LINX Wellness sells and ships items only within the boundaries of the (Continental) United States and Puerto Rico. For Canadian customers 5LINX Wellness ships to Ontario and British Columbia only.

No shipments can be made to APO/FPO, PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or addresses outside of the United States.

The shipping & handling cost to process and ship your order prior to application of any discounts or promotions. Cost varies based on location.

All products are expected to be in stock. However, if a product is on backorder, customers will be notified by email within 7 days of their order date.

Most orders will be fulfilled within 10 business days, but could take up to 30 business days.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

Returns for refund must be initiated and product returned to 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Returns can be initiated through any of the following methods:

  • Click the “Return Item(s)” button on your order page.
    or
  • Call 5LINX Wellness Customer Care at 1-844-727-9355.

Product(s) must be returned to 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. at the address below. Returned product must be unused, unopened and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued, minus shipping and handling, once product has been received by 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. and has cleared the inspection process. Eligible refunds will be made to the billing information used for the order and will be authorized within 15 business days of 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. receiving the returned product.

 

Procedures for Return

In order for a product return to be processed efficiently, we request that you:

  1. Initiate return for refund by contacting 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. through the online Return button, or by 1-844-727-9355.
  2. Provide your original order number and reason for return.
  3. On the outside of the returns shipment box, clearly print the original order number in indelible ink. Packages without visible order numbers may be subjected to rejection by 5LINX.
  4. You are responsible for pre-paying all shipping costs related to the returned items to be sent. 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. does not accept shipping-collect packages.
  5. You are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages. If returned product is not received by 5LINX, it is your responsibility trace the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy

If the product you have received is damaged or incorrect from what you ordered, you can return it to 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. for an exchange. Returns for exchange must be initiated and product returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate the exchange, contact 5LINX through any of the following methods:

Product(s) must be returned to 5LINX at the address below. A replacement shipment will be sent once the original shipment has been received by 5LINX and has cleared the inspection process. A replacement shipment will be sent out within 15 days of 5LINX Enterprises, Inc. receiving the original shipment. 5LINX will only honor returns for exchange if the item is damaged or if the product is incorrect due to a 5LINX error. If an order is returned to 5LINX and 5LINX deems it not damaged or not incorrect due to 5LINX error, the customer is responsible for applicable shipping charges.
